Strong relationships with local GP’s leading to a robust new patient referral base.  Existing loyal clients built up over nearly two decades with majority of repeat bookings and word of mouth referrals

Current lease in place to June 2025 with five one year renewal options.

Reluctantly selling due to retirement but willing to work within practice, if required during transition to new owner.
