We pride ourselves on making sure our clinical team come in, do the work and walk out with all the day to day running of the clinic conducted by our admin team.
Salary Structure:
Please note we don't do commission. This role is a salary position, we have the belief that commission is like a carrot at the end of the stick and we've seen too many employers dodge paying what you're entitled to receive. In order to reassure staff that we value them, we have moved away from the sub-contracting model and offer well above the award rate as a wage. Once again, we look at the pay that we as owners are happy to receive and pay the team the same. All wages are before super is added. We have four weeks holiday a year and obviously sick leave.
