The position - Podiatrist - Full Time (Or Part Time Pro Rata for the right applicant)

Remuneration - 100k plus superannuation per annum 

Location - Colac, Victoria

At Prosper Health Group we have an exciting position for a passionate Podiatrist to join our team. 

The position is based at our Colac clinic where you will be working alongside a range of fellow Podiatrists and our experienced Physiotherapist who specialises in MSK. There would be opportunities for work at our Winchelsea clinic as well. 

Colac offers an amazing country lifestyle; the town itself has a population of approximately 13,000 and services close to 25,000 in the nearby region. The region boosts a strong sporting culture and has regularly produced national and international athletes in the previous decades.  

There is also a vibrant arts scene with regular live theatre, music performances and exhibitions at various local galleries and venues. 

If you enjoy an outdoors lifestyle, we are only minutes away from some of the best national parkland in Australia at the Otways and less than an hour to the iconic Great Ocean Road. 

You will be taking over an existing caseload and contributing to the growth of the clinic. This is a unique opportunity that will provide you with growth as a practitioner and person. 

You would be supported with clinical guidance from our directors who share 30 years of podiatry experience and admin support, providing sterilising, bookings and payments.

The person we’re looking for is someone who is community minded, loves getting involved in local sports/activities and is generally a social, outgoing person. We’re after someone who shows a genuine interest in people and takes pleasure from the important work we perform as Podiatrists.

This position will entail regular clinical CPD and weekly personal mentoring to allow you to hit your Podiatry goals. There is ample opportunity to grow into more than a clinician if that’s what you desire.

For to be successful for this position you will ideally tick the following boxes;

Private practice experience

Are proficient in all aspects of Podiatry (training can be provided if upskilling in certain areas is required)

Have a proven record in building a clinical caseload in previous roles 

Have proven experience in maintaining and building professional relationships

Have an eye for detail and enjoy promoting Podiatry to the wider community

Have a current police check, working with children check, AHPRA registration and valid car vehicle licence.
