Maroubra Junction Podiatry Clinic has only been open since May 2016 and has grown into a profitable business in just over eight years. It is a mixture of biomechanics, orthotics, premade orthotics, general podiatry, but no home visits or Medicare EPC as full payment (they always pay a gap). We have three rooms - assessment, GT and orthotic workshop, plus two secure car spots, storage and bathroom.

Owner is working 1 day a week and an employee working 2 days. We are so busy that we do the odd extra fourth day when needed. The owner is willing to mentor buyers, so that there is a smooth transition for the patients.

Now the figures - Income on track for over $265K for year 2024-25. Fixed expenses are on track for $106K (40%), thus forecast profit of $159K (60%) for 3 ( + the odd 4th) days per week to an owner podiatrist who works in the clinic.
