Help shape inclusive healthcare: University of Queensland PRIDE co-design project

Researchers at The University of Queensland are currently in phase one of their PRIDE co-design project. The purpose of this study is to examine professional identity, workplace functioning, wellbeing and diversity-related norms in primary and allied health sectors, with a view to better understanding the normative landscape of the multi-sectoral primary and allied health workforce in relation to LGBTQIA+ affirming care provision.

A survey for healthcare professionals has been developed to gather insights and assess professional identity parameters and norms of healthcare providers in relation to LGBTQIA+ health.

Your responses will help researchers understand the current landscape of professional identity parameters and norms related to LGBTQIA+ health among healthcare providers and help inform the next steps of the project.

By participating in this survey, you will contribute valuable insights that will shape the development of an inclusive and affirming model of care.

Survey details below:

  • Purpose: To gather insights on professional identity parameters and norms related to LGBTQIA+ health among healthcare providers.
  • Estimated time: Approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
  • Survey closes: 30 November 2024
