Applications open for TAC’s 2024 Value-based Healthcare Innovation Grants

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) has announced applications are now open for its 2024 Value-based Healthcare Innovation Grants.

The Value-based Healthcare Innovation Grant Program assists TAC health service providers to put value-based healthcare into practice. Grants of up to $150,000 are available for value-based healthcare projects.

Value-based healthcare means patients are more involved in their treatment options, helping them to achieve outcomes that matter most to them through efficient, cost-effective and high-quality care. Watch a short video that explains the TAC’s approach to value-based healthcare:

Eligible projects must address an area of priority for people with transport accident injuries and should focus on known gaps in services. A grant can be used to support research, pilot projects or other initiatives.

Health and disability providers from a variety of settings (including podiatry) are encouraged to apply.

Applications for the 2024 grant program can be submitted until 31 May 2024.
