Beyond her clinical work, Ele has also been involved in lecturing and clinical supervision of podiatry students in the School of Clinical Sciences, QUT. Ele has contributed to clinical research and has presented at both state and international conferences. She has also chaired several panel discussions within the profession. Ele is the co-founder of TWH Foot Care, a company that creates contemporary, podiatrist-approved foot care products.
