Felicity Zadro is the Founder & Managing Director, of Zadro She is a strategic and passionate communicator who founded the award-winning branding and communications agency Zadro in 2007, inspired by a desire to support companies with excellent communications. Her training in sociology, love of strategy, experience in leading market and social research projects, experience in change management and leadership, combined with her business acumen, allows Felicity to broaden the standard scope of communications practice. Felicity believes communications with a strong strategic approach should be the foundation of all business plans.

Felicity often leads Zadro’s creative campaigns, has ghost written millions of words for clients, and has delivered keynote speeches at conferences both in Australia and internationally.
