APodA Events Terms & Conditions
- The Australian Podiatry Association (APodA) will send SMS reminders to all registered participants to confirm event details and provide updates on any changes. To opt out, please email events@podiatry.org.au
- By registering for an APodA event you will be added to our email mailing list to receive electronic correspondence and updates. You can opt out by unsubscribing.
- All APodA event fees must be paid in full prior to the event via credit or debit card, or in some instances by direct deposit.
- Cancellations must be received in writing
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event: 50% of costs paid are refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event: no refund is available.
- Participants who fail to attend the event will be deemed a 'no-show' and are not eligible for a refund. The APodA has prepaid all event costs in advance.
- Any event refunds will be provided via the original payment method.
- The APodA reserves the right to modify or cancel an event, including date, time, venue, content, and speakers at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes by email and/or SMS.
- If the APodA cancels an event, all pre-paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Credit card payments will be refunded in full less the merchant fee.
- Intention to photograph/record: The APodA reserves the right to use photographs and video footage taken throughout the event for marketing and advertising purposes.
