Perfect opportunity for a podiatrist wanting to run their own clinic without all the admin tasks outside of clinic hours.

Genuine reason for sale.

Private Podiatry clinic: currently five days per fortnight at two locations. 

The days and hours can be changed to suit: half-days, later starts, earlier finishes, lunch times,etc.

The rooms are available five days a week. There is room for increased hours/days at both clinic locations.

Appointment times are currently 30 minutes for routine treatments, 40-60 minutes for more complex cases, 60 minutes for nail surgery, and 20 minutes for orthotic fittings.

If the new owner wants to rapidly increase their patient load/income, I am happy to provide details on a third location which has recently expressed interest.

The client base is mine and belongs to the Podiatry business. 

I pay a fee to each location which covers:

• Room rental
• Heating, water, lights, phones, internet, fax in clinic, 
• Full-time reception for patient management – they make bookings, confirm appointments, handle referrals, bill NDIS/DVA/medicare, postage, faxing, scanning, entering paperwork, contacting GP clinics re patient details/questions re EPCs/etc,
• Accounts – chase payments, balance payments to appointment books at the end of each week,
• Computer system (you can use your own if you wish – the client database is mine, but I like to have access to their medical history, imaging, pathology results, etc)
• Black and white printer provided in clinic room, stationery,
• Tea/coffee/snacks/etc in team room
• online booking through the clinic website
• Processing and sterilization of Podiatry instruments
• Everyday consumables for clinic eg gloves, masks, scalpel blades, basic dressings, pharmaceuticals, betadine, etc. I purchase my own Podiatry specific items eg phenol, needles for dry needling, stock for sale, orthotics, etc

There is also a fully working, annually serviced and tested, autoclave, and sterilization equipment included in the sale if the new owner wants to carry out their own sterilization. 

All Podiatry items in the clinic are included in sale of the clinic, including instruments (approx. 50 sets, two surgery kits, spare files, burrs, mandrells, etc), posters, foot models, stock for sale, orthotics, orthotic mods, podiatry trolley (Bendigo clinic), patient chair (Bendigo clinic), podiatrist saddle stool (both clinics), lights, second colour printer (Bendigo Clinic), doppler, neurovascular testing equipment, drill, etc.

The entire patient base will be handed over, with podiatry notes, and will become the property of the new owner. Goodwill included.
