In saying this, if there is a particular type of treatment you prefer, we do our best to triage those patients to you.

• New graduates & experienced podiatrists welcome. Whether you are just starting out or you have years of experience, we want to hear from you.

Remuneration:

We’ve seen how commission-based remuneration can inadvertently reduce standards of patient care and create unwanted angst within the clinical team. Therefore, all roles in Podium Podiatry are fully salaried. All appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes, ensuring you have ample time to provide thorough, unrushed care.

New Graduates: $80,000 per annum
12-24 Months Experience: $85,000 per annum
24-36 Months Experience: $90,000 per annum
36-48 Months Experience: $95,000 per annum
4+ Years Experience: $120,000 per annum

Note: Salaries listed are before super and all leave, public holidays, etc apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient base.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, provide wound care, and perform ingrown toenail treatment when required.
• Conduct biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, and provide custom orthotics.
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our easy-to-use digital system.
• We have a team of six experienced podiatrists, so if there are areas you're not as comfortable with—whether it's performing surgeries, handling wound care, or managing musculoskeletal conditions—one of our team members will gladly step in to assist or take on that patient. If you prefer, we will do our best to make sure you're not assigned those specific cases, allowing you to focus on the areas you're most passionate about.
