Job description

The Ipswich Foot + Ankle Clinic has a position for a Clinical Podiatrist and a Graduate Podiatrist (2025) to join our current team of seven podiatrists. We are searching for a clinician who thrives on thoroughly practicing Foot + Ankle Medicine. 

As a group we regularly complete in-house CPD, with recent events including completing FMT training, Podiatric Surgeon talks and Prolotherapy training (all at no cost to you). The Clinical Director is an Affiliate of the ACPS, and opportunities exist to access their training also. Three current podiatrists have completed (or are completing the cadaver workshops).

If required, you will be mentored through a range of techniques and procedures, including: 

• Ingrown nail and minor procedures
• Prolotherapy, hydrodisection, infiltrative blocks and other injection techniques
• Advanced biomechanics and orthotic prescription, design and manufacturing 
• Foot mobilisation techniques 
• Potential for support to include ESM (schedule medicines) 
• In-house point of care ultrasound 

We operate in a modern, purpose-built clinic with within the CBD medical precinct of Ipswich. We also have the ability for a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week, for the suitable candidate.
