I am currently taking expressions of interest for the right buyer of this wonderful Practice, my plan would be to finalise settlement at the end of the financial year.

The clinic operates three-five days a week and also runs monthly clinics in two nearby Retirement Villages. Our client base is in the 1000's with over 130 referring Doctors as well as many NDIS and HCP clients. Bookings are already well into the middle of the year. 

There are currently two very dedicated Podiatrists and a wonderful receptionist who would all like to keep their positions and work alongside either another Podiatrist or someone just wanting to run a clinic. 

The price will include not only the above, but also a Steriliser, two new treatment chairs, two new drills and an older refurbished drill as well as all stock and many many more inclusions. 

We are located on the Main St and attract new clientele daily. Our premises is in a beautifully renovated old home with a front of the house treatment room.
