Are you a passionate and skilled podiatrist with a strong interest in MSK and General Podiatry? 

Our caseload has a mix of sports injuries, orthotic prescription, general podiatry, nail surgeries, and exercise rehabilitation. We have an exciting contracting opportunity available for you!

Position: Podiatrist (Contractor)
Location: Concord (with one day per week in Carlingford)
Hours: 2-3 days per week with potential to increase days

We are seeking a motivated and experienced podiatrist to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of podiatry services, with a particular focus on biomechanics, sports injuries, and general podiatry as well as a passion for providing excellent care for patients with diverse podiatric needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality podiatric care, including the treatment of sports injuries and biomechanics-related issues.
• Prescribe and fit custom orthotics to enhance patient outcomes.
• Perform nail surgeries when necessary and assist with general podiatry treatments.
• Develop personalized exercise rehabilitation plans to promote recovery and prevent injury.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide professional advice for long-term podiatric health.

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong interest and experience in biomechanics, sports injuries, and orthotic prescriptions.
• Proficiency in performing nail surgeries and providing general podiatry treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong patient relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
