I am an engaged Board member, who prepares for meetings, completes agreed tasks, listens and asks questions. The previous and current Board and community roles have provided rich and diverse Director experience, involvement in governance review and constitutional renewal.

I was elected to the APodA Board in May, 2019. It has been a most interesting and challenging term, given a fully national Board for the first time, and the global coronavirus pandemic.

During the current Board term, I have tabled a strategic outline for sustainability (aka Green Podiatry), plans for professional guidelines, and published for members re ‘big picture health’.

As an APodA Board Director, my efforts continue to be firmly focused on the betterment of all members, the legal and ethical compliances, and the productive collegiality of Board members with the CEO, and management.
